29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used; a. On or before May 20, 2015, in the live receiving hall way the flexible cord that energized the Cross Contamination control center C4 by Zep, was run through the ceiling tiles, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. On or before May 20, 2015, in the executive conference room, the flexible cord for the Insignia television was run through the wall. Case Farms Processing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 77252, citation number 1, item number 19, and was affirmed as a final order on May 16 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1818 County Road 160, Winesburg OH 44690.
