29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Cross-braces were used as a means of access: (a) On or about 02/27/2020 - 8202 Nantucket Circle, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees were climbing scaffolding frames and not provided a safe means of access. A&E Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240073, citation number 1, item number 4d and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Summerlyn Way, Owens Cross Roads, AL.
