29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: In the warehouse, employees who were dispensing and storing oxidizers, flammable and corrosive liquids, were not aware of potential fire hazards when oxidizers were stored with incompatible materials, such as flammable and corrosive, and hazardous decomposition products. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398649, citation number 1, item number 6d and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
