29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (Construction Reference: 1926.59): a) Simon Silk Mills, Easton, PA, Buildings B and C: Employees were using Sherwin Williams paints and Fiberlock Lead Shield and exposed to lead during paint removal. The employer did not have safety data sheets available for employees, on or about February 5, 2019. SCOT CHRISTOPHER RULE, LLC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD (29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1)) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 12797307, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4d, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 9, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUILDING L, 1247 SIMON BLVD, EASTON, PA.
