29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) Facility at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI: On or about March 13, 2024, the employer did not have safety data sheets in the workplace for each hazardous chemical used including but not limited to, polynt composites 944b025-fp black and MTN 94 Spray Paint. Amaral Custom Fabrications Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670157, citation number 1, item number 6c and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI.
