29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) through 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): a. On or about June 29, 2016, employees required to use half-face tight-fitting respirators while spray finishing have not received respiratory protection training in accordance with the standard. b. On or about June 29, 2016, employees voluntarily using full-face tight-fitting respirators in the CNC department have not received respiratory protection training in accordance with the standard. Norton Industries, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062769, citation number 2, item number 3(d) and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1366 West 117th Street Lakewood, OH 44107.
