29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a. On or before May 22, 2015, the Hubbel Circuit Disconnect Switch, CAT NO HBLDS6, in first processing Sizing Conveyor area had an unused opening in the bottom of the box exposing employees to live electrical current when turning the power on and off daily. Case Farms was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 77252, citation number 1, item number 17 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1818 County Road 160, Winesburg, OH 44690.
