29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport) Jamaica, NY 11430 Employees that are required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited too; Clean on the Go NABC Concentrate, Tri-Base Multi-purpose cleaner & Clean on the Go Peroxy Cleaner to perform cleaning duties of terminals and airplanes were not provided effective information and training on how to safely use hazardous chemicals. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
