29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Henry RAC Holding Corporation, 59 East 1st Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 The employer did not train workers on the hazards of the chemicals they work with to include but not limited to oxiblak and #37 cleaner which contains sodium hydroxide along with actane 73 which contains ammonium fluoride and sulfamic acid. Condition noted on or about 09/21/2012. Henry RAC Holding Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312480676, citation number 1, item number 11c and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 110 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
