29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. (a) Facility at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI: On or about March 13, 2024, the employer did not compile a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the facility including but not limited to, polynt composites 944b025-fp black, MTN 94 Spray Paint. Amaral Custom Fabrications Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670157, citation number 1, item number 6b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI.
