29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(ii): The top edge height on all suspended scaffolds where both a guardrail and a personal fall arrest system were not between 36 inches (0.9 m) and 45 inches (1.2 m) above the platform surface: (GENERAL INDUSTRY REFERENCE 1910.27): a) Northern Pelagic Group, LLC- On or about December 1, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard from approximately 20 feet to the concrete ground level below while conducting inventory from a platform that had a top rail height of approximately 36 inches. Abatement certification and documentation required.
