29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1):The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) 345 S. Warren Street, Syracuse, NY 13202: On or about 03/28/2023 the employer did not establish a written exposure control plan for respirable crystalline silica where employees were chipping and breaking up concrete using a Hilti Jack Hammer and demoltion hammer. Warren Garage LLC DBA CNY Parking Corp, Warren Garage Holdings LLC, Warren Garage Management L.L.C., and United Partners, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336946, citation number 1, item number 3-c and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 345 S.
