29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. On or about August 25, 2022 Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 foot above ground level by operating a scaffold without the use of guardrails. Juan Carlos Gonzalez dba JC Gonzalez Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1497903, citation number 1, item number 3-b and was affirmed as a final order on (02/09/2021), with respect to a workplace located at 3523 Calico Drive Irving, TX 75061.
