29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about February 22, 2022, employees who were exposed to lead in the workplace while test firing and servicing firearms and lead-containing ammunition were not provided with training related to the physical and health hazards related to lead exposure. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing, Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.1200(h)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342306, citation number 1, item number 5f and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Burritt Street, New Britain, CT.
