29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1): Flywheels located so that any part is seven (7) feet or less above floor or platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements of this subparagraph: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 33 McGovern Road, Crescent, PA: On or about November 23, 2019, during production activities on the Warco part revolution press, serial number 5346, located in building 4, the employer did not ensure that appropriate machine guarding was in use over the flywheel in that only the portion of the flywheel at or below approximately 77 inches (6 feet 5 inches) from the floor was guarded.
