29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a)Warehouse - On or about June 12, 2019 , employer did not ensure that forklift operator are looking at the path of travel while loading a pallet up to a platform. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
