29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). This requirement is applicable to construction work per 29 CFR 1926.59: a) Jobsite: 2245-47 Wilder Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - The employer did not maintain at the jobsite copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. Employees used hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to hexavalent chromium, quartz (crystalline silica), etc. contained in Lehigh Heidelberg Cement Group Type N Masonry Cement. Noted on or about 4/12/19. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997867, citation number 1, item number 3b, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/6/15, with respect to a workplace located at 28 S 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA.
