Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 004B Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: a) ADA Dash Main Line A900; On or about June 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto, Employee #15 was exposed to caught-in, struck-by, and crush hazards in that the employee was required to enter the robotic cell where there were energized robots and other jigs and fixtures to replace welding tips on robots and allowed to clear sensor faults without shutting down the machine in accordance with the established procedure.
