29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about October 17, 2015, employees were exposed to smoke hazards when a fire extinguisher in the line 1 freezer room had not been inspected on a monthly basis and was partially discharged. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
