29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: On or about August 10, 2015, the fire extinguisher at the gasoline and diesel tanks had an illegible gauge and it could not be determined if it was in operable condition. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
