29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport) Jamaica, NY 11430 The employer failed to develop, implement and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for employees that are required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited too; Tri-Base Multi-purpose cleaner, Clean on the Go NABC Concentrate & Clean on the Go Peroxy Cleaner to perform cleaning operations of airport terminal restrooms and aircraft cabins/lavatories. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
