29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Henry RAC Holding Corporation, 59 East 1st Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for workers using chemicals to include but not limited to oxiblak and #37 cleaner which contains sodium hydroxide along with actane 73 which contains ammonium fluoride and sulfamic acid. Condition noted on or about 9/21/2012. Henry RAC Holding Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312480676, citation number 1, item number 11b and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 110 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
