29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s). On or about June 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, fourteen employee were operating thirteen powered industrial trucks throughout the establishment that were in need of repair and not removed from service, exposing employees to hazards such as, but not limited to being struck-by the forklift.
