29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 33 McGovern Road, Crescent, PA: On or about November 23, 2019, during production activities on the Warco part revolution press, serial number 5346, located in building 4, the employer did not ensure that appropriate machine guarding was in use on the sides of the press. No guarding was provided over openings on the sides of the press which were determined to be at least approximately 15 inches wide and 9 inches tall with a distance of approximately 16 inches to the tooling area.
