29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At the jobsite, on or about August 17, 2018, an employee was performing wood framing work while standing on scaffold platforms that were not at least 18 inches wide, resulting in a fall hazard of up to 12 feet. Mejia Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079921, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Saratoga Drive, Rincon, Georgia.
