29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): A top rail, or equivalent guardrail system member was not 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walking-working surface: a) Bag Off Dock Area - On or about and times prior to March 13, 2018, the top chain that was installed as fall protection on the Loading Dock was measured between 24 - 32 inches, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 4 feet 3 inches onto the concrete level below. b) Cleaner Plant - On or about and times prior to March 13, 2018, the top chain that was installed as fall protection on the bucket elevator pit was measured at 32 inches, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 3 feet onto a bucket elevator and/or concrete flooring. Great Southern Peanut, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962546, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Fifth Street, Leesburg, GA 31763. Great Southern Peanut, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107788, citation number 2, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Fifth Street, Leesburg, GA 31763
