The alleged violations below have been grouped because they involve similar or related hazards that may increase the potential for injury resulting from an accident. 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): A safety program was not initiated and maintained to provide compliance with the general safety and health provisions of the standard: (a) Shopko Warehouse Site, 1001 East Gowen Road, Boise, Idaho - On November 20, 1991 and at times prior thereto, employees not covered by a comprehensive safety and health program were exposed to hazardous work condition such as, but not limited to, improper erection practices, lack of fall protection, and improper ladder use.
