29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) On or about 10/01/2014, sprocket wheels and a chain which were less than seven feet above the ripening bin's platform were not enclosed and exposed employees to amputation and/or caught-in hazards. THE WOOD FIBERS INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 109697, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 05/24/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1050 WASHINGTON STREET, NIAGARA, WI 54151.
