29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) At the time of the inspection on 7/23/2014, an employee was not adequately trained in that they were preparing to enter a gated area for the chipper out feed conveyor without locking out, to clean stuff off the chute with a bar. The employee could not get the gate open.
