29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: On or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. The company man trailer #960752 had a yellow 50 foot extension cord underneath the trailer which was being held up by poultry netting, this did not ensure it from being damaged. This condition exposed employees to potential electrical hazards.
