29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide employees who were required to wear respiratory protection with effective training in accordance with paragraphs (k)(1)(i) through (k)(1)(vii): (a) Employees who were required to wear respiratory protection when entering hospital rooms previously housing patients with such communicable diseases as TB, measles, and the flu had not been provided with effective respirator training.
