29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Maintenance Room. - On or about July 24, 2013, sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of a breaker panel box due to blockage by a tool box cabinet. b) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Maintenance Room. - On or about July 24, 2013, sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of a knife switch box due to blockage by a work bench and an electrical wire spool rack. c) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Warehouse Area. - On or about July 26, 2013, sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of two breaker panel boxes due to blockage by a metal scrap bin and pallets of dried free flow whole egg. d) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Forklift charging area. - On or about July 26, 2013, sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of two knife switch boxes due to blockage by a battery charging unit. e) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Die Room. - On or about July 26, 2013, sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of a knife switch box and breaker box due to blockage by a large stainless steel container. f) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Die Wash Room. - On or about July 26, 2013, sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of a magnetic starter panel box due to blockage by a garden hose and die wash brackets. Philadelphia Macaroni was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311269377, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 40 Jacksonville Road Warminster, PA 18974.
