29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange/North Brunswick, NJ - Employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled: a) Containers with Paint Thinner inside the Spraybooth b) Bucket containing in All Purpose Prepaint Degreaser in the Prepaint Area Condition noted on or about July 2, 2013. Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 280674, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 US Highway 1 North, New Brunswick, NJ.
