29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) The east wall of the building under renovation, at the north west corner of intersection Hwy 49 and Hwy 50, In Dadeville, AL: On March 26, 2013; the employer failed to provide a guard rail system along all open sides and ends of platforms, exposing employees to falls of up tp 13 feet. The Gonzalez Stusso & Stone, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 581098, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2575 Westbury Ct., Auburn, AL.
