29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a. Barn. The switch box used to turn on the lights was not effectively closed due to missing knockouts, on or about 3/06/2013. b. Vault Production Area. The 2 ton hoist electrical control box was missing a cover, on or about 3/06/2013. Di-Ferraro, Inc dba Totowa Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312860646, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/01/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Burgess Pl, Wayne NJ 07470.
