29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) Aerocom Industries at 1921 Miller Drive, Longmont, CO 80501: On and before 6/1/12, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemicals contained within. Nital etching containers of Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric acid, Alcohol, Branson MC-2 solutions, Simple Green all-purpose cleaning solution were transferred into smaller containers. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Abatement Note: Each container must also have a label, tag, or marking with appropriate hazard warnings which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemical.
