29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. In the shop area, at 291 Springview Commerce Drive, Debary, Florida: On or about April 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that electrical wiring was not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints which could cause resistance.
