29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not at a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift: On or about January 29, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that the quantity of flammable liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations exceeded a supply for one day when a gallon pail of Duracryl DTL 16, a Category 2 Flammable liquid, was stored near the Paint Room spray booth.
