29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Various areas throughout the facility, on or about January 16, 2025 - The employer did not ensure portable fire extinguishers were mounted and identified. Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted and identified in the Electrical Equipment Room used to operate the Number 1 Baghouse, outside of the Control Room and behind the Large Furnace.
