29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. a) 615 Locust St. Columbia, PA 17512 (Silk Screen Department) - On or about August 8, 2024, employees were using Paint Thinner and Universal Screenwash to remove paint from the product, and were storing the chemicals in clear, unlabeled bottles. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
