29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Production Area: Employees were required to wear respirators while performing ingredient batch manufacturing operations, and the employer did not provide these employees with fit tests prior to their initial use of the respirators, on or about July 22, 2024. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: A qualitative fit test may only be used to fit test negative pressure air-purifying respirators that must achieve a fit factor of 100 or less.
