29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about February 6, 2024, and times prior to, where electrical panels in saw mill 1/big saw were blocked and did not allow sufficient space for employees to have access to in case of an emergency or maintenance. M & H Crates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576879, citation number 1, item number 7a , and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4022 FM 347 North, Jacksonville, Texas 75766.
