29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) 17 Baron Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603, an employee was performing residential construction activities, were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 16-feet, and were not utilizing acceptable means or methods of fall protection, on or about August 28, 2023. The Blue Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1651966, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 161 Summit Ave, Montvale, NJ 07645. The Blue Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643517, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lenox Drive Block 1248.40 Lot 36/37, Lakewood, NJ 08701. The Blue Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647356, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 147 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ 07932. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
