29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Holes in electrical equipment (boxes, Panels, etc) were not effectively closed (missing breakers, etc.) On August 14, 2023, and times prior thereto, a knockout was missing from energized electrical panel boxes exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
