29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electric equipment shall not be used unless markings have been placed on equipment such as voltage, current, wattage and other ratings as necessary: a) 8141 Seashore Highway Bridgeville, DE 19933 (Metal Detector Controls): On or about July 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, maintenance employees were exposed to hazards when 120 V energized electrical equipment was repaired without proper markings of voltage, current, wattage, or arc flash rating. b) 8141 Seashore Highway Bridgeville, DE 19933 (Operator Control Panels- Blend Room): On or about July 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, maintenance employees were exposed to hazards when 120 V energized electrical equipment was repaired without proper markings of voltage, current, wattage, or arc flash rating.
