29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite, employees engaged in framing activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 11 feet to the ground below. Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575259, Citation Number 2, Item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2022, with a final abatement date on February 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1725 Creek bluff Court Waxahachie, Texas 75165. Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528366, Citation Number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1728 Vista Way, Waxahachie, Texas 75165. Ruperto Olvera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1445539, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1773 Riviera Dr. Waxahachie, TX 75165.
