29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: Building 1326: On or before October 26, 2022, and at times prior to, employees used chemicals such as Spartan Biorenewables and Kimball Midwest without safety data sheets being available onsite. The employer did not provide safety data sheets for the hazardous chemical used. Employees were exposed to potentially dermal and eye damage.
