29 CFR 1910.303(f): Each disconnecting means for motors and appliances was not located and arranged so the purpose was evident, nor legibly marked to indicate its purpose: Production Area, Near H5: On, or about, May 12, 2022, four 480 volt electrical disconnect switches located on the wall near Panel P5 were not marked or labeled to indicate their purpose. All of the switches were in the "on" position.
