29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On February 8, 2022 and times prior, at or near 300 Mandan Avenue in Mandan, North Dakota, for the employee exposed to chemical hazards where the employer failed to train employees of the hazards associated with the chemicals that they are required to handle and use in the performance of their job duties.
