29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) At buildings 308, on or about November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted while employees worked inside the building. b) At buildings 610, on or about November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted while employees worked inside the building. c) At the overflow building located on Space Place, on or about November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted while employees worked inside the building. Place Vendome Holding Co., Inc. DBA R & F Marketing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503876, citation number 1, item number 8, and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 308 Glenwood Road, Swainsboro, GA 30401.
